Russian and Ukrainian delegates concluded their third set of direct talks in Istanbul “about 40 minutes” after they started, the Russian state news agency TASS reported Wednesday, citing a source.

Ukraine has brought home a group of soldiers released from Russian captivity, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on July 23, marking yet another in a recent series of exchanges with Moscow.
