The three hikers who went missing after jumping into Rattlesnake Falls​ were recovered on Sunday, the Placer County Sheriff's Office said.

Placer County Sheriff's search divers on Sunday recovered the bodies of three men who vanished last week after jumping into Rattlesnake Falls on the North Fork of the American River. The discovery came two days after officials scaled back the search due to high winds.

Three men have been confirmed dead after drowning at Rattlesnake Falls, an isolated hiking spot near Soda Springs in Placer County.
