Phoenix police say a man is dead and another is fighting for his life after being shot at an apartment complex in Maryvale on Thursday.Phoenix police responded around 3 p.m. to the area of 67th Avenue and Indian School Road to calls about a shooting.

Police are at the scene of a deadly double shooting near 67th Avenue and Indian School Road. When officers arrived at the apartment complex around 3:00 p.m., they found two men injured by gunfire. One man died at the scene; the other remains hospitalized in critical condition.
