Ozzy Osbourne's cause of death has been revealed. The Black Sabbath rocker died at age 76 from a heart attack, according to his death certificate obtained by The New York Times and The Sun.

Osbourne, known as the Prince of Darkness, died July 22 at the age of 76. A heavy metal icon, and the face of Black Sabbath, died “surrounded by love,” his family said in a statement at the time.
