Hunter should fit in well in Jacksonville's defense. They had one of the worst secondary's in the league. They allowed 257.4 passing yards per game and forced the lowest number of turnovers with nine. They allowed a league-high 142 explosive plays and gave up 71 plays of 20 yards or more.

Jaguars rookie Travis Hunter changed jerseys and the side of the ball for the first time during training camp.

The Jacksonville Jaguars began training camp with a clear, but fluid plan for their second-overall pick. Hunter will play on both sides of the ball, and the current trajectory and expectation are that he will play a large number of snaps on both sides — at a high level.

Thomas also joined Ja'Marr Chase, Odell Beckham and Randy Moss as one of four rookies in the Super Bowl era to reach 1,200 yards and 10 touchdowns. And, Thomas became the first Jaguars rookie to make the Pro Bowl since Josh Hines-Allen in 2019. The defensive end was No. 63 on this year’s Top 100 list.
