Google has announced the global launch of its next smartphone generation on August 20, 2025, featuring four models: Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
Thanks to long time leaker @evleaks, we’re getting additional looks at Google’s upcoming lineup of devices that are scheduled to be announced on August 20. We got a fresh look at the Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL,
Google has slashed the cost of the Pixel 8 Pro by $400, bringing the price down to $599. That figure is a bit of marketing because the Pixel 8 Pro hasn’t been $999 for a very long time, and the company runs consecutive deals, so it’s rare to pay full price for a Pixel phone.
The Pixel 10 series has already been heavily leaked, but this new leak shows off the Pixel 10 Pro phones in their Moonstone color.
On the base Pixel 10 that means brighter colors than ever (and confirmation of that triple camera). The site reports that the phone will come in “Obsidian,” Google’s standard black finish, along with a vibrant blue called “Indigo,” a paler shade called “Frost,” and an almost fluorescent green dubbed “Limoncello.”
Google has consistently ranked among the best smartphones for its affordable devices over the past six years, particularly with its Pixel A series. The Pixel 3a set the trend for major phone manufacturers to provide a compelling experience at half the price of flagship models, intensifying competition in this segment.
Remember the Galaxy S25 Ultra and its various shades of boring gray colors? Good news! The Pixel 10 Pro is doing the same thing.
