Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of the long-running animated show South Park, have locked in a five-year deal to bring their show to the Paramount Plus streaming service and to give Paramount global streaming rights.

“South Park” hasn’t been this relevant in 20 years, and it happened almost as a kind of sneak attack.

South Park is really back, baby! Stone and Parker didn’t pull a single punch when it came to their coverage of Trump in last night’s season 27 premiere, titled “Sermon On The Mount.”
