Iranian media report new Israeli attacks on the west of the country on Monday, after Iranian strikes broke through Israel's iron Dome defences overnight.

CONFLICT ENTERS FOURTH DAY: Israel and Iran have begun a new round of attacks, as the conflict between the two heavily armed rivals enters its fourth day.

An Israeli strike in western Iran on Monday heavily damaged a hospital, as the conflict between the two regional rivals escalated. At least 224 people have been killed inside Iran, including top military commanders, nuclear scientists and civilians, while strikes in Israel have killed at least 24.

Fire was seen erupting at an oil refinery near Iran's capital Tehran on Sunday (June 15) after an Israeli strike, state media reported. A large plume of smoke rose into the sky from a raging fire as day broke over Tehran on Sunday,

According to a report from the Jerusalem Post, Muhammad Abd al Karim al Ghamari, the chief of staff for the Houthis, was the main target of the strike.
