The actress and TV host will bring her luxury real estate flair to the hit Netflix reality show.

Though Netflix hasn’t officially set a release date for season 9, star Amanza Smith first confirmed that the series was coming back when she posted a TikTok in November 2024 with the caption “ and we’re back 🎬,” and the hashtag “#sellingsunsetseason9.”

The returning cast for the show, after the conclusion of last year’s especially fraught Season 8, will be Chrishell Stause, Emma Hernan, Bre Tiesi, Chelsea Lazkani, Mary Bonnet, Romain Bonnet, Amanza Smith, Alanna Gold, Nicole Young, Jason Oppenheim and Brett Oppenheim.
