MLB.com's Mark Bowman provided an update on the potential Atlanta Braves designated hitter Marcell Ozuna heads to the NL West at the MLB trade deadline.

In their trade deadline preview, McDaniel and Passan named five potential suitors for Ozuna, while assigning the three-time All-Star a 70 percent chance of being traded by Jul. 31 at 6 p.m. EST.

According to The Athletic's Jim Bowden, while the Braves "are not looking to move on from" veteran second baseman Ozzie Albies, they will still "listen to inquiries" leading up to the July 31 trade deadline.

The San Diego Padres are among the many teams in the market that are believed to pursue players before the deadline. Several hitters are rumored to part ways with the team as the deadline approaches.
