If you're using a limited network connection, use these steps to monitor and control data usage on the Windows 10 May 2020 Update.

Under the donut graph, you can click Usage details to see how much data each app is using. You'll see both native Windows 10 apps and desktop apps, such as Google Chrome, Spotify and Mozilla Firefox.

Windows 10 only monitors the data usage on your device, not every device in the network. You have to keep this in mind when sharing, for example, a mobile data connection.
