Google Forms is a free online software for Google account users in the Workspace suite that lets you create surveys, questionnaires, and quizzes.

As a creator, you can view respondents' answers on Google Forms in three different ways: as a summary, by question, or by individual respondent.

Google Forms add-ons were introduced in October 2014, allowing third-party developers to add new capabilities to surveys, and Google Forms was upgraded in July 2017 to include several new features.
