While most printer manufacturers make drivers freely available for download, you can also copy driver files directly from your Windows XP's driver store to a removable drive or company network share.

The Windows Easy Transfer utility enables you to copy printer settings, as well as other configurations, from one computer to another. However, the utility does not transfer printer drivers.
