A judge has ordered brother of late NFL star-turned-soldier Pat Tillman will undergo a mental competency test before his trial on arson and vandalism charges.

SAN JOSE — The youngest brother of former professional football player and Army Ranger Pat Tillman was arrested on suspicion of arson early Sunday after authorities said he crashed his vehicle into a post office, causing the entire building to ignite in flames, according to the San Jose Police Department.
