Utah officials are investigating the role that so-called peacekeepers played in the killing of celebrated fashion designer Arthur Folasa Ah Loo on Saturday at the “No Kings” demonstration in Salt Lake City,

Three people, including an 8-month-old infant, were fatally shot at a Utah carnival after two groups got into an argument, police said.

Police said the shooting took place when an armed man allegedly raised a gun and ran towards a protest crowd.

The victim was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
