You can use the Create Basic Task Wizard in Task Scheduler to schedule a program or task to run automatically triggered by Time or Event in Windows 11/10.

One of those is the Task Scheduler, a built-in utility enabling you to automate a multitude of tasks with no additional software required.

To launch Task Scheduler in Windows 8.1, open the Charms bar by tapping Windows Logo Key + C. Use the search function to look for Schedule tasks and select that option.
