A game developer created Clip It inside Roblox—which is a TikTok clone that operates exclusively on Roblox. It has racked up more than one billion views and has eight million monthly active users.

Roblox even wants to start interviewing its candidates right inside the game (or experience, as they desperately want you to call it) sometime in the near future.

It’s unique in that practically everything on ROBLOX is designed and constructed by members of the community. ROBLOX is designed for 8 to 18 year olds, but it is open to people of all ages.

Roblox has created a virtual career center inside Roblox where people can learn more about the metaverse platform. In the future, some initial interviews will even happen directly in the experience.
