The SDK improvements give improvements to Azure Notebooks. These can be installed anywhere you can run Python.

It also hosts it in Azure Notebooks and uses it to build end-user experiences like the Azure command-line interface (CLI). Microsoft considers Python an essential programming language.

PyTorch 1.2 was released earlier this month. The deep learning framework has now been integrated with some Azure services by Microsoft, along with helpful notes as to its usage on the cloud platform.
