The man who authorities say impersonated a police officer and shot two state lawmakers north of the Twin Cities is believed to be 57-year-old Vance Boelter, multiple sources told the Associated Press.

In the ongoing manhunt for Vance Luther Boelter, the FBI has shared a new image of him at a Minnesota shooting victim's door.

A traffic stop at a convenience store located near Onamia late Saturday morning involved a vehicle which was carrying Boelter’s wife, as well as three other relatives.

Authorities identified the man suspected of shooting two Minnesota state lawmakers Saturday as Vance Boelter, 57, of Green Isle.
