Five of the 11 people injured in a stabbing attack at a Traverse City, Michigan, Walmart on July 26 have been treated and released from the hospital, health system officials said Friday.

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. – It’s been one week since the random attack at a Traverse City Walmart that left 11 injured. On July 26 at around 5 p.m., Bradford James Gille allegedly stabbed 11 people. Authorities are still working to learn the motive behind the attack.

Bradford James Gille, 42, is suspected of traveling from his home nearly 100 miles away to perpetrate the stabbing attack at the Walmart store in Garfield Township, just outside of Traverse City. He is slated to be arraigned soon on criminal charges that include attempted murder and terrorism.
