JACKSONVILLE — Two-way college star and reigning Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter, the second overall pick in April’s NFL draft, signed a four-year, $46.6 million contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. The deal includes a $30.5 million signing bonus.
