The FDA has issued recalls for Zicam and Orajel products due to concerns about potential fungal contamination of the cotton swabs used in these products. The FDA says the fungi can cause serious and even life-threatening blood infections in people with weakened immune systems.

Certain nasal and baby teething swabs sold nationwide in the U.S. and in Puerto Rico have been recalled due to potential microbial contamination.
