Honduras and El Salvador face off in an eagerly anticipated Matchday 2 of the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup group stage, a showdown that could boost their chances of securing their spot for the next phase of the competition.

It was like old times Saturday night for former Dynamo forward Romell Quioto. Quioto scored on a beautiful give-and-go in the first half at Shell Energy Stadium as Honduras claimed a 2-0 victory over El Salvador.
