Disney has multiple options for Hulu now that it owns Hulu outright. It’s a done deal. After years of negotiations, evaluations from arbitrators, and a few public shots across each other’s bows, Disney has finally completed its buyout of Comcast’s 33% stake in Hulu.

Disney will pay Comcast’s NBCUniversal nearly $439 million for its stake in Hulu, taking full control of the streaming service.

The transaction gives Disney complete ownership of Hulu, allowing for more integration with the Disney+ streaming service.
