Members of the public are gathering in Gondomar, the hometown of Diogo Jota and Andre Silva, for a public wake. This follows a private gathering for relatives earlier in the day. A long queue has formed outside the Chapel of the Resurrection in Gondomar.

The Liverpool forward and his brother, André Silva, died in a car crash in Spain on Thursday - a sea of tributes have been laid at Anfield.

Liverpool FC winger Diogo Jota died two weeks after he married his long-time partner, Rute Cardoso. He was returning from vacation following a long season in which he helped Liverpool win the Premier League title.
